Banks is both a lawyer and International Coach Federation (ICF) certified evidence based coach. Prior to coaching, she began her career as a commercial litigator with a global law firm representing biotechnology and telecommunications companies before moving into retained executive search, where she helped global technology and financial services companies strategize and fill their senior leadership needs.

Education

Banks earned her bachelor’s degree, cum laude, from Princeton University and her J.D., also cum laude, from the University of San Diego, where she was a member of the Order of the Coif and the San Diego Law Review. Banks holds a graduate level certification in Comprehensive Evidence Based Coaching from Fielding Graduate University and is an ICF certified Professional Certified Coach (PCC).

Banks is also a wife, mother, writer, yogini, and two-time international champion barbershop singer.
